This website is owned and operated by Shizuku Fragrances, a registered business under Singapore law. All users must be 18 years or older, or under adult supervision when making purchases.
2. Products & Descriptions
We take care to display product information as accurately as possible. However, scent perception is subjective, and slight variations may occur. All products are Eau de Toilette (EDT) and are handcrafted in small batches.
3. Pricing & Payments

All product prices are displayed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include applicable taxes.

4. Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
All orders are handcrafted with care to ensure the highest quality.

Please note: Orders placed during holidays or travel periods may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
We will be away from [28/8/2025] to [4/9/2025]. Orders placed during this time will be processed promptly upon our return.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We offer standard shipping within Singapore, typically taking 1-3 business days. As of now we do not take international orders however, do stay tuned for more details.

Enjoy flat-rate shipping of $5 anywhere in Singapore
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel.
5. Returns & Refunds
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Photos may be required. Approved cases will receive a replacement or refund.
Seal Policy
Perfumes are sealed with a tamper-proof sticker. Once removed or broken, returns/refunds are not accepted.
Change of Mind
Due to hygiene concerns, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Pre-Orders
From time to time, certain products may be offered on a pre-order basis.
Pre-orders will be fulfilled within 7-14 business days from the date of purchase.
If our operations are temporarily paused (e.g., during holidays or business closures), fulfillment will be processed after our return. Customers will be notified of any such delays via email.
By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these timelines.
7. Custom Perfume Services
Customisation is not yet available but will be offered in the near future. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter.
8. Allergy Disclaimer
All product pages include full ingredient lists. Some ingredients may cause allergic reactions. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients prior to use. By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for use and outcome.

All content on this website — including product names, descriptions, logos, photography, and packaging design — is the intellectual property of Shizuku Fragrances.
Reproduction, modification, or misuse without consent is strictly prohibited.
