At Shizuku, we take pride in handcrafting every fragrance with care and precision. To ensure your perfume arrives in perfect condition, we partner with reliable delivery services.
 

Processing Time

All orders are handcrafted with care to ensure the highest quality.

  • Standard Orders: 3–7 business days

  • Pre-Orders : 7–14 business days

Please note: Orders placed during holidays or travel periods may experience slight delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:
We offer standard shipping within Singapore, typically taking 1-3 business days. As of now we do not take international orders however, do stay tuned for more details.

Shipping Fees

Enjoy flat-rate shipping of $5 anywhere in Singapore

Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your parcel.

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

At Shizuku, we hope you truly enjoy your fragrance experience. As our products are sealed and classified as personal care items, we maintain a limited returns policy to ensure the integrity and safety of every order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please contact us within 14 days upon delivery date if your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

Seal Notice
Please note: Our perfume boxes are sealed with a sticker. Once this seal is broken or removed, returns or refunds will no longer be accepted.

Change of Mind
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Return Process

Refunds
Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days using your original payment method.
